Nel 2010 marks the 100th anniversary of birth of Mother Teresa of Calcutta , one of the most emblemtiche of the last century, died after a life dedicated to the care of the poor in every corner of the planet.
Anjeza Gonxhe Bojaxhiu was called, was born in Skopje, August 26, 1910 and died in Calcutta 5 September 1997 a few days after Princess Diana. Albanian Catholic, founded the religious congregation of the Missionaries of Charity. Her work among the victims of the poverty of Calcutta made her one of the most famous people in the world. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979, and October 19, 2003 was beatified by Pope John Paul II. (C. Perera)
